Other speakers will include Tempe Mayor Corey Woods and Fire Chief Greg Ruiz.

The musical portion of the program will feature performances by the Tempe Children's Choir and the Arizona State University Wind Ensemble.

The ceremony will conclude with a candlelight vigil, during which attendees will have the opportunity to remember the victims of the attacks and their families.
