Bochum: Sparkasse Grumme ATM blown up - debris flies into neighboring houses

What happened?

On Friday at 4:30 a.m., an unknown perpetrator blew up an ATM of the Sparkasse in Bochum-Grumme with gas. The force of the explosion was so strong that debris flew into neighboring houses. Windows were shattered and walls were cracked.

The police are still looking for the perpetrator or perpetrators. According to the police, the damage caused by the explosion is considerable.

The residents of the affected houses were shocked by the explosion.
