The incident occurred on Tuesday evening local time ahead of the opening of a major military expo in the city.
Driver In Custody
The driver of the car has been taken into custody, but police have not yet released any information about his identity or motive.
The injured were taken to nearby hospitals, where they are being treated for their injuries.

Eyewitnesses said they saw the car speed through a red light and plow into the crowd of people.
