Frankfurt "Tatort" team to come across as likeable

New investigators will present themselves sympathetically

The new Frankfurt "Tatort" team around investigator Janneke Brix (Margarita Broich) and investigator Paul Brix (Wolfram Koch) will present themselves sympathetically. This was announced at a press conference by the Hessian Broadcasting Corporation (HR) and the production company UFA Fiction. The premiere will be on January 1, 2023 at 8:15 p.m. in the first.

Besides Margarita Broich and Wolfram Koch, the new "Tatort" team also includes Alina Tomnikov (Aylin Tezel) and Martin Günsbeck (Moritz Führmann).

HR program director Claudia Bluhm spoke of an "extremely successful cast". The team will "consistently and authentically address current social and societal issues that move people," Bluhm said. UFA Fiction producer Marc Conrad emphasized that the new team is "wonderfully down-to-earth and will tell crime stories that are close to the viewer."
