Gal Gadot, Kevin Macdonald, Team Up for Thriller at Amazon-MGM

Amazon Studios and MGM have teamed up to produce a new thriller starring Gal Gadot and directed by Kevin Macdonald

According to Deadline, Gadot will play a woman who must confront her past when she returns to her hometown after a decade away.

Macdonald is a two-time Oscar nominee for his work on "The Last King of Scotland" and "One Day in September".

The film is still in the early stages of development, and no release date has been set

Gadot is coming off of a successful run as Wonder Woman in the DC Extended Universe, and she is currently set to star in the upcoming spy thriller "Heart of Stone".

Macdonald's most recent film was the 2020 thriller "The Mauritanian".
