Traffic delays expected due to protests

The protest will take place on Wednesday, 15 March 2023, from 3 pm, in Nuremberg's Südstadt district.

Motorists in Nuremberg's south are advised to expect delays on Wednesday afternoon as a demonstration is set to take place.

The protest, organized by the citizens' initiative "Lebenswertes Nürnberg-Süd", is expected to start at 3 pm at the corner of Tillystraße and Pirckheimerstraße.

The demonstrators plan to march along Tillystraße, Pirckheimerstraße, and Schweppermannstraße before ending their protest at the Frauentorgraben.

The police will be on hand to ensure the safety of the demonstrators and other road users.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible or to use alternative routes.

Public transport is not expected to be affected by the demonstration.
