Major Crackdown In Ireland Sees Drugs And Cash Haul

Gardaí have seized drugs with an estimated street value of over €100,000 and cash during a major operation across the Midlands and Dublin.

Operation Tara In Action

The operation, which was carried out as part of Operation Tara, involved searches of a number of properties in counties Meath, Kildare, and Dublin.

During the searches, Gardaí seized cocaine, cannabis, and crystal meth with an estimated street value of over €100,000. They also seized over €15,000 in cash, a number of mobile phones, and other drug-related paraphernalia.

Two Men Arrested

Two men, aged 28 and 30, were arrested during the operation and are currently being held at Garda stations in the Midlands.

Investigations are ongoing, and further arrests are expected.
