New Homes To Help Meet Local Housing Needs And Support The Local Economy
Pennyfarthing Homes has been granted a building license by the New Forest National Park Authority for the construction of much-needed affordable housing in the National Park.
The development, which will be located on the outskirts of Lyndhurst, will comprise a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, all of which will be available for affordable rent or shared ownership.
The project has been designed to be in keeping with the character of the National Park, and will feature a number of sustainable features, such as solar panels and energy-efficient appliances.
The development will also include a number of community facilities, such as a playground, a community hall, and a shop.
