Remembrance Day commemorations in Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge
Waterloo Region set to honour veterans on Remembrance Day
Remembrance Day is a time to reflect on the sacrifices of those who have served our country.
In Waterloo Region, there will be a number of events and ceremonies to commemorate the day.
In Kitchener, the main ceremony will be held at the cenotaph in Victoria Park at 11 a.m.
Cambridge to hold Remembrance Day ceremony at cenotaph
The City of Cambridge will hold its Remembrance Day Ceremony at the cenotaph in Riverside Park on Friday, November 11 at 10:45 a.m.
The ceremony will include the laying of wreaths, a moment of silence, and the singing of the national anthem.
All are welcome to attend.
Waterloo ceremony will include flypast by Snowbirds
The City of Waterloo will hold its Remembrance Day ceremony at the cenotaph in Waterloo Park at 10:45 a.m.
The ceremony will include a flypast by the Snowbirds, the laying of wreaths, a moment of silence, and the singing of the national anthem.
All are welcome to attend.

In addition to the main ceremonies, there will be a number of other Remembrance Day events in Waterloo Region, including:
- A candlelight vigil at the cenotaph in Kitchener on Thursday, November 10 at 7 p.m.
- A Remembrance Day service at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Waterloo on Sunday, November 13 at 10:30 a.m.
- A Remembrance Day concert at the Centre In The Square in Kitchener on Sunday, November 13 at 3 p.m.
