Road closures: Six for North Somerset drivers over the next fortnight
Closures in Weston, Clevedon and Portishead
Motorists are being warned to expect delays on six North Somerset roads over the next fortnight.
Work is set to be carried out in Weston-super-Mare, Clevedon, and Portishead.
The first, from Monday (July 25), is in Beach Road in Weston. It will remain closed until Thursday, July 28, for carriageway resurfacing work.
Portishead
In Portishead, there will be three sets of roadworks.
From Monday (July 25), the A369 Newfoundland Way will be closed for three weeks until August 15 for drainage works.
A section of the A369 The Esplanade will be closed for seven weeks from Tuesday, August 2, until September 16 for drainage works.
The third set of works will see Pier Road closed from Monday, August 8, until Friday, August 12, for carriageway patching.
Clevedon
There will also be two closures in Clevedon.
Part of Hill Road will be closed for two weeks from Monday, August 8, for carriageway resurfacing.
And Coleridge Vale Road will be shut between Monday, August 15, and Friday, August 19, for carriageway patching.
