Orlando, Fla. – The Voice of the Martyrs (VOM), a global ministry serving persecuted Christians, has released The Martinez Family, a powerful short film that invites viewers to pray for persecuted believers worldwide. The film will be a centerpiece of VOM’s 2024 International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church (IDOP) campaign, observed annually on the first Sunday of November. The Martinez Family tells the true story of a Cuban family who faced persecution for their Christian faith. Despite being threatened, beaten, and imprisoned, the family remained steadfast in their belief.
